Trust And Accountability
This paper is based on a lack of trust in government and the causative factors that lead to it. Exploring these factors and finding the balance between the two will further enhance the public administrator's understanding of how best to govern. Trust and accountability are aspects of governance that have been a predominant conversation associated with public sector problems and nonprofits, transnationally.

Management Plan: Urban Health Care
As stated in the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program Interim Playbook for Jurisdiction Operations, immunization with a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine is a critical component of reducing COVID-19-related illnesses, hospitalizations, and deaths and help restore societal functioning. Therefore, as CEO of URBAN Health Care, a designated COVID vaccine site, I have to prepare and implement a management plan to ensure that we get many people vaccinated, particularly the minority in my area. This is because a recent survey has determined that the number of minorities receiving the vaccine is significantly lower than our suburban counterparts. African Americans have contracted the virus three times as often as white Americans. Inequalities are even more significant when broken down by age: Black and Latino adults in their mid-30s to mid-50s die 6 to 10 times more often than their white peers. Also, Hispanic and Asian Americans are more likely to be infected and hospitalized than white Americans.
